Alfa Romeo has confirmed UK specs and prices for electric versions of its new Junior small SUV.
The model will be available with Elettrica, Speciale, and Veloce equipment grades – the first two with a 156hp electric motor and up to 250 miles of range, and the third with a 240hp motor and up to 215 miles of range. A 10-80% battery charge from a 100kW rapid charger will be possible in less than 30 minutes.
Standard equipment with Elettrica spec will include 18in diamond cut alloy wheels, LED headlights and tail lights, rain sensing wipers, rear parking sensors, a 10.25in driver display, a 10.25in infotainment screen with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, adaptive cruise control, active lane assist, autonomous emergency braking, keyless go, a heat pump, and an 11kW on-board charger.
Further equipment with the Speciale grade will include dark tinted rear windows, a six-way electrically operated driver’s seat with massage function, leather steering wheel, sports pedals and kick plates, sat-nav, a 180-degree rear camera, adaptive cruise control with lane centring and traffic jam assist, a hands-free electric tailgate, and keyless entry with proximity access technology.
Further features of the Veloce grade include 20in alloy wheels, red brake callipers, a sports styling kit, and black and red leather and suede seats.
Prices will start at £33,895 for the Elettrica grade, and rise to £35,695 for Speciale, and £42,295 for Veloce. Orders will open later this month.
