Specs and prices have been announced for the newly-updated version of the MG5 electric estate.
The revised model, available to order now, features updated front and rear styling, enhanced LED headlights as standard, and new alloy wheel designs.
Inside, there’s a 10.25in infotainment screen with upgraded software, now capable of supporting connected car technology through MG’s smartphone app.
The MG5 can now tow up to 500kg, and is equipped with V2L technology allowing the car’s battery to power external devices such as camping equipment.
There’s a choice of two equipment grades – SE, priced at £30,995, and Trophy, costing £33,495.
Standard equipment with SE grade includes 16in alloy wheels, the MG Pilot driver assistance package, automatic LED headlights and tail lights, roof rails, a reversing camera, adaptive cruise control, and Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity.
Equipment with Trophy spec includes 17in alloy wheels, rear privacy glass, a leather interior with electric seat adjustment, heated front seats, automatic climate control, rain-sensing wipers, and a 360-degree camera.
The first deliveries of the updated MG5 are expected before the end of this year.
