Peugeot has confirmed specs and prices for the E-Rifter, the new fully-electric version of its van-derived MPV, which is available to order now.
The model features a 136hp electric motor, and a 50kWh battery, allowing a range on a single charge of up to 172 miles on the WLTP cycle.
Two bodystyles are available, a standard-wheelbase five-seater and a long-wheelbase seven-seater. The five-seater comes with a choice of Allure Premium or GT equipment grades, while the seven-seater is Allure Premium only.
Standard features of Allure Premium spec include a 10in digital instrument panel, a central touchscreen with Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity, air conditioning, 16in alloy wheels, and a reversing camera.
Further features with GT spec include keyless entry and start, dual-zone climate control, and 17in alloy wheels.
Standard safety systems throughout the range include autonomous emergency braking, lane departure warning, speed sign recognition and recommendation, and driver attention alert, while GT cars also come with blind spot monitoring.
The E-Rifter also comes with a free six-month subscription to the BP Pulse charging network.
Prices, including the UK Government’s £2,500 plug-in car grant, start at £30,375 for a five-seater Allure Premium, and rise to £32,375 for a seven-seater Allure Premium, and £32,455 for a five-seater GT.
The first deliveries are expected in November.
