Vauxhall has revealed specs and prices for its new, second-generation Mokka SUV, including the Mokka-E electric version.

An expansive range sees seven equipment grades being made available with petrol and diesel Mokkas – SE, SRi, Sri Nav Premium, Elite Nav, Elite Nav Premium, Ultimate Nav, and Launch Edition – while the Mokka-E is available in SE Nav Premium, Sri Nav Premium, Elite Nav Premium and Launch Edition.

Standard equipment with entry-level SE spec includes 16in alloy wheels, a 7in touchscreen with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, LED lights and autonomous emergency braking.

SRi features 18in wheels, a black roof, dark tinted rear windows, adaptive cruise control and heated front seats, while SRi Nav adds sat-nav via a 10in touchscreen, a 12in driver information display, front and rear parking sensors, and a 180-degree camera.

Elite Nav spec comes with 17in alloys, rear parking sensors, the 180-degree camera, Vauxhall Connect, adaptive cruise control, sat-nav, heated front seats and a heated steering wheel, while Elite Nav Premium gets the 10in touchscreen and 12in driver display, along with front parking sensors.

Top of the regular range, Ultimate Nav features extra equipment including keyless entry and start, wireless phone charging and LED Matrix headlights, while Launch Edition comes with advanced park assist and a full leather interior.

Three conventional engines are available with the new Mokka – 1.2-litre petrols with 100hp and 130hp, and a 1.5-litre diesel with 110hp. All come with six-speed manual transmission, and the 130hp petrol is also available with an eight-speed automatic.

The Mokka-E features a 136hp electric motor and a 50kWh battery, and is said to have a range of up to 201 miles on a single charge in preliminary WLTP tests.

Prices for the regular new Mokka range start at £20,735, for a 100hp petrol manual SE, and rise as high as £29,685 for a 130hp petrol auto Launch Edition.

Prices for the Mokka-E, including the government’s £3,000 plug-in car grant, start at £30,840 with the SE Nav Premium grade, and rise as high as £34,970 with the Launch Edition spec.

Orders are open now. Customer deliveries are set to begin in April 2021.
