Incident management company FMG has signed a deal with insurance company Lark to provide claims management services for the latter’s clients.
The three-year contract includes first notification of loss, third-party capture and uninsured loss recovery.
FMG said its computer system recognises details of each policy, including the length of the cover and excess levels, and triggers work on each case automatically, saving Lark and FMG admin time.
Customers will also be able to check on claims at any time through a website which provides updates and reports.
