Fiat Chrysler has announced a restructuring of its senior management team in the UK, however the fleet and remarketing arms of the business will remain unaffected.
Francis Bleasdale continues as director of fleet and remarketing, responsible for all FCA brands.
Deputy managing director of the company, Karl Howkins, will head up a simpler structure with two country directors managing the Fiat/Abarth and Jeep/Alfa Romeo brands.
Elena Bermardelli will head up both Fiat and Abarth’s retail and marketing areas. She was previously the marketing director for Fiat.
Former brand manager for Jeep, Damien Dally, will oversee retail sales and marketing for both Jeep and Alfa Romeo.
Sebastian Fedrigo will continue as the country director of Fiat Professional, while Andy Rowe has been appointed as the director of network development, responsible for all FCA dealers across the UK and Ireland.
Karl Howkinsis is reporting to Steve Zanlunghi, managing director of Fiat in the UK.
“The new structure of the company is now aligned with the needs of both our customers and dealer partners,” said Howkins. “We now have the right people in place, with great teams in support, totally focused on the growth of FCA in the UK and Ireland. With an exciting and growing range of cars and vans, and with even more new models on their way, I am totally confident in achieving our goals.”
