Land Rover’s commercial vehicle version of its latest Discovery hits showrooms next month.

Three years after the passenger version arrived in the UK, the off-road specialist has built an LCV version complete with treated non-slide wood floor, two-piece bulkhead and 2130 litres of load-carrying capacity.

Standard equipment on the £28,240 (including VAT) entry-level Commercial spec includes 17-inch alloys, privacy glass, stability control and Land Rover’s Terrain Response off-road system, while the XS Commercial spec adds aircon, folding mirrors, 18-inch alloys, cruise control and rear parking sensors for another £3500.

The CV version of the Discovery, like all Land Rovers, will be eligible for the company’s carbon offset scheme, with CO2 offsetting for the first 45,000 miles included in the list price.
