A new special edition version of the Mazda 2 has been launched.
Limited to 500 vehicles, the Black+ Edition is based on the existing SE-L Nav+ trim, but with extra equipment including 16in black alloy wheels, rear privacy glass, a roof-mounted shark fin antenna, and a black roof spoiler.
Other standard equipment carried over from the regular car includes: autonomous emergency braking, lane departure warning system, a 7in touchscreen with sat-nav, Bluetooth, DAB radio, rain-sensing windscreen wipers, climate control, rear parking sensors, cruise control, LED front fog lights and rain-sensing headlights.
In addition, Mazda is offering a choice of Machine Grey, Dynamic Blue Mica or Deep Crimson Mica metallic paint free of charge.
Power comes from a 1.5-litre, 90hp petrol engine, paired with a five-speed manual gearbox.
This achieves an official combined fuel economy of 57.7mpg, while CO2 emissions are 111g/km.
The Black+ Edition is priced at £15,795.
